Shipping & returns



The Mint uses an eParcel service through Australia Post, which allows for a faster and traceable delivery service on all orders. When your order has been dispatched an email will be sent to you with a tracking number. If you have not received your order within two weeks from the time you were billed please contact Australia Post with your tracking number. Alternatively, you may also contact us and authorise to look into the status of your order. When placing your next order please consider using the ‘Registered Delivery’ option. This ensures that Australia Post will not deliver the parcel without obtaining a signature from someone in your household and if your order is lost in transit Australia Post will be able to trace it. The $10 postage rate applies to all orders under $350 and for orders over this value it is free.

If our product does not meet your expectations, our Returns Policy identifies a preferred approach to addressing your concerns, particularly if the product is defective or faulty.

The benefits given to you by our Returns Policy either reflect our obligations to you under the Australian Consumer Law or are otherwise in addition to those rights, because your satisfaction is important to us. This Returns Policy applies only to purchasers who are considered 'consumers' within the meaning of the Australian Consumer Law.

Proof of Purchase

In order for us to assess whether you have made a valid claim under this Returns Policy, you must provide the Mint with reasonable proof of purchase (including the date of purchase) of product from the Royal Australian Mint. If we cannot be satisfied that you have purchased the product from us then, by law, we are entitled to elect whether or not to accept the product for return.

How long do I have?

We appreciate just how important peace of mind is when making a special jewellery purchase. This is why we offer a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty is offered in Australia and New Zealand and may differ in other international markets. The warranty against defects does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, kinks, or the gradual degradation of all or part of the goods due to normal wear, mishap, careless handling, and improper use, the use of charms or items that are not adhered to the care instructions. Tarnishing occurs naturally and therefore, cleaning is not covered by the warranty.
